Tyger’s Dream
Every domestic cat dreams of being a tiger lurking in the jungle. Genius French painter Henri Rousseau knew this when he created the true version of his famous painting “The Dream”:
We, Zarathustra the Cat, posed for the masterpiece as the night sky with the moon-eye.
In this artwork, the great master foresaw coming on Earth of Our fluffy emanation Tyger Blake and his dreams of being a Tyger and saving the planet.
He depicted the kitty reclining on a sofa with Jadwiga, Rousseau’s Polish mistress of the youth, amidst the surrealistic jungle.
Tyger is dazzled by his dream of the jungle coming true. A lion and a lioness feel the same about the apparition of a strange couple on their territory:
A mystic flute player creates background music helping to understand what is actually happening there:
“Now go and save the planet!” says Jadwiga to Tyger and points her finger where to go. Tyger raises his hind leg and freezes in deep thought like a true cat should do before doing what a human wants from him.
Now let’s have a look at the commonly known version of the painting in the Museum of Modern Art, New York:
Where is the noble mission of saving the Earth here?
Go, Tyger, go, the planet needs you!
This speaks Zarathustra the Celestial Cat
