About walks
Once genius artist Marc Chagall took Us, Zarathustra the Cat, for a walk in Vitebsk:
We were quite pleased because all the earthly impurities didn’t touch Our divine paws
The artist painted Our unforgettable experience, but art critics of the time were in a fury: “How can one exalt his cat so high?”
It happened in 1918 in Bolshevist Russia, so art criticism was not fun for the artists at all, they could criticize you with a gun.
Did art critics worry about Our security, or about Us having too much catnip growing on the lawn, We never knew, but, as a result of their anger, Chagall decided to paint another version, with his wife Bella instead of Us:
It looks like art critics didn’t care about Bella’s safety, so they let the artist go in piece with this painting.
Now it’s time to reveal to the world the most daring version
Thus speaks Zarathustra the Cat
